We’re all about creating strong international alliances – after all, no man is an island. To ensure we spread the love worldwide, SO ADDICTED ships globally, and all the prices on the site are displayed in USD.
What are the shipping/delivery options?
FREE shipping for domestic, all states within the USA (via USPS First Class Mail)
FREE shipping for orders within Singapore (via Singapore Post)
$15 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide

Are you in the US? We’re happy to announce that we’re offering free shipping via USPS First Class Mail! So that means that your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.
If you’re in Singapore, we’re also happy to announce that we’re offering free shipping via Singapore Post. So your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.
Going international? Your order should arrive within 10-15 business days. Look below for a list of countries where we ship.

International orders will 4-12 business days depending on the country.
When will my order ship?
As with everything we do here at So Addicted, the shipping process is equally as straightforward and fuss-free. You place an order, we process, and then we ship. We aim to process orders placed before 12pm (EST) within 24 hours of you placing it. Orders placed after 12pm (EST) are processed the next working day. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience!
Once your order is shipped, you’ll be sent an email with tracking information!
I'm having problems with my International tracking number
Keep calm and don’t panic. It usually takes 1-2 working days for your shipping status to be updated on our carrier system. If your tracking number is giving you issues, simply reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll sort it out for you.
How can I edit my mailing/shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
